The present managing director, Mr. Charles Azzopardi, is the grandson of Emmanuele Azzopardi who first started way back in 1898. His father Victor Azzopardi took over the family business as jewellers and was a leading importer of silverware, Charles Azzopardi kept his family name specializing with what he loves best, his passion for antiquity. "I always had an eye for antiques at a very young age and started my own collection with the help of my father" I started building my expierences with antiques since I used to assist most of the time my father with valuations and family divisions. In my free time i studied and did my own research to get to know more and more about antiques. Today Mr. Azzopardi has acquired a vast expierence being in the business for the last 40years.
